GENERAL
1. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
2. I have the right to refuse/cancel any commission if I'm unable to complete your order under any circumstances.
3. I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned work.
4. Please do not put my work for AI (Artificial Intelligence) or NFT (Non-Fungible Token).DO'S & DON'T
Do's: OCs, fan art, yume/couples, Kemonomimi, Simple poses/background
Don'ts: NSFW, Furries, Heavy Mecha, Horror, Heavy gore, problematic themesPAYMENT & REFUNDS
1. Full payment upfront. Work will only begin after the full amount has been paid.
2. Before payment, both parties are allowed to cancel the commission.
3. Once paid, no refunds will be issued after the sketch phase.
4. A full refund will be given if I’m unable to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe.
5. You do not have the right to use any of my work created for you if the full amount has been returned.REVISIONS
1. Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. After that, additional charges may be applied.
2. Maximum of 3 revisions.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
1. Commissions will take 1-2 months to finish at most, depending on the size/complexity.
2. Rush orders are available upon request.
3. The turnaround time covers the full process; scheduling is at my discretion unless agreed otherwise.
4. WIP updates will be shared depending on the service, but not on fixed dates unless discussed.USE
1. My artworks are for personal use (e.g. icons/pfps/banners with credit).
2. Commercial use must be discussed and will incur additional fees.

1. You may not claim, edit, or modify my work without permission.

1. Communication can be made via Ko-fi, VGen, Email, or Twitter DM.
2. I will notify you when I start the commission and will keep you updated with progress (workflow differs depending on service).
3. Any changes should be requested during the sketch phase, and only minor revisions will be accepted.Finally, by requesting this commission, you understand and accept that I will be drawing in my style, and colours may be slightly different.
